This is used for such reasons as to prevent the abuse of third-party email addresses. We use the service provided by suppliers located in third-party countries for this. The data may be processed on servers in third-party countries on the basis of international agreements and an appropriateness resolution of the EU Commission under Art. 45 GDPR. If you order goods, we transfer the data required for the purposes of delivery and inform the transport company.

We reserve the right to use your data for other uses permitted by law to fulfil the order as a result of our justified interest as defined by Art. 6 Para. 1 lit f) GDPR. This is in particular increasing customer loyalty using advertising. To this end we may send you offers and information by post. We transfer the data required for this (name and address) to a service provider who processes it on our behalf to send the advertising. You can revoke the storage and use of your data for this purpose at any time using the stated contact data. After opposing use for advertising purposes, we restrict the processing of your data for other purposes and, after the end of the tax and commercial law storage periods, delete them unless you issue your consent to ongoing use.
